Werd & Emsua debut a collaboration EP between themselves over DJ Sonny beat production. Two Leith based, Edinburgh emcees with varying experience in the local music scene come together for this FREE release. Werd also known as Drew Devine has roughly 15 years of hip-hop credibility in the capital, and is known as one of the most popular rappers in Scotland. Emsua, better known as Jamie Hughson, has performed in many bands as a drummer (Jamie & Shoony, Art of Privilege) and also experimented with hip-hop on previous SOS mixtapes under his full name. With a new outlook on both hip-hop and life, the two come together to share uplifting views on a depressing society.
